Wendy has been in the lending business for over 35 years. She received her Bachelors Degree in Business Management in 1989 and has worked in banking, law, and the mortgage industry.  Wendy has an extensive lending background which offers borrowers the highest degree of accuracy, product knowledge and overall financial competency. 

Wendy is a New England native.  She was born and raised in the Mount Washington Valley in Northern NH and has a full appreciation for the four seasons, mountain ranges, national forests, rivers, and the desire to own a home here. She has worked with first time homebuyers, primary homeowners, second homeowners, and investment borrowers over the years.  Wendy is licensed in NH and Maine.   

Wendy lives with her husband, Paul, in Albany NH.   She has 2 adult sons and a grandson.  When she isn’t assisting her clients, she enjoys traveling, the Red Sox, the Patriots, reading, knitting and the beach.
