I’m ashamed to say, I put the concept of this together YEARS ago – and never did a thing with it. If there is a silver lining, I’ve refined the vision somewhat, so I think this is better than the idea from ago, but as with all marketing efforts something is almost always better than nothing.

So I’ve abandoned the bottle of champagne at closing (do they even drink it?) and the bargain gas grill (it is worth it?) or the restaurant gift cards (unless I KNOW it’s someplace they’ll go) and gone here for all purchase closings. The first few took some time as I worked out the combination of materials, and the second round took some time getting to it. That, I suppose is the issue with any hands-on, some effort went into it gift: it takes some hands-on time and effort. But now I believe that I have  a reasonable system that only requires a few steps to execute post closing.

It’s an address stamp – with my Thank you message (and contact). That’s the gift, but the fun is all in the packaging. See the video.
