Others… Well, they are bold for sure.

I’m particularly fond of the resurgence of the Mortgage Broker. Of course, we’re a bit biased. We followed that curve exactly. I started at a mortgage lender, then left to become a broker. When that model became too compliance-uncertain in 2010. we joined a local lender. A few years later, we rejoined Loan Originator forces and became Pinnacle Mortgage – a broker, proud of it, and happy with the way we are able to conduct business with independence.
